Highly Recommended!I went there to buy a frame for my wife's glasses. She offered me a nice frame and she supported me with the insurance claim options. So, my wife could buy a new pair of glasses with more features plus the eye test. Anna is a nice person and she is so friendly and offer all possible options to the customer so that we can decide. The place is also nice and clean, our kid had a great time with toys and all while her mom doing her tests. I wish Anna, all the best and success.

My sister and I were looking for Blue light glasses due to our long screen exposure resulting dry eyes. Even though we went without an appointment we were accommodated. Anna provided us consultation along with a free eye sight check up and later sat with us in order to have more understanding about our work and health habits that might be affecting our eyes. Anna and Max are very devoted to their work and we are very happy and satisfied with their excellent service and professionalism.

Customer Service is second to none at Crossing Optical. Honestly I was so impressed with the service I received. I saw the sign whilst driving by on my way to the mall to find an optical store. Anna took a lot of time with me and booked an appointment for me to come back and have an eye exam done to verify my prescription and update it. She spent over an hour with me choosing new frames. Anna is such a professional! She really knows her stuff. I love my new glasses. I would highly recommend to everyone!

THANK YOU!!!!Last month my wife and I had to travel to a tropical destination to meet with our organization's board chair. For over a year I had put up with old glasses that had deteriorated till they were difficult to look through. Going on this trip to a location we had never been, I really wanted to get a new pair of glasses so I could appreciate the beauty. First I shopped online looking at every available option of which there are thousands. Then I decided to stop by Crossing Optical to see what they might have, assuming that they probably wouldn’t have anything I liked compare to all the options online.It was in my first meeting with Sladana, that I realized her experience and expertise in eyewear far exceeded anything I would find online. I went home and pulled together a short list of eyewear I had seen online that I wanted to try one. Not only did Sladana have a good selection in store, she even had one of her suppliers bring in several options that I had highlighted. But then came the travel timeline.We were now two weeks out from leaving by the time I picked my frames. Several days before my trip, I received notification that the lab had completed my lens. But they were in Burnaby. The day before we left, Sladana said she had picked up the glasses and wanted to deliver them to me. I said, “Like, to my home?” She said, “Yes, my husband Max and I will drop them off.” I was blown away. But when they arrived, she not only had my glasses along with a gift bag of care goodies. She also had her tools to perfectly soften and mold my glasses to my face. She and Max probably spent close to a half hour making sure my glasses were perfectly fitting: not too loose, not too tight, in every way. I honestly can’t recommend Crossing Optical to highly. They are honest, helpful, and in the end their prices were only a small fraction higher than what I would have paid online to receive NO help at all. Thank you for all you did. My trip was beautiful and I got to REALLY SEE all of it!
